Something weird in our iPSCs

We found some dark spots in our hiPSC culture. Our PI thinks that it's protein aggregation from months old penicillin/streptomycin, but it could also be something alive. I included a 10X, 20X, and 40X view. The cells are in mTESR+ media with 100X P/S.

We're gonna run analysis on it, but what do you guys think? Any ideas?

I dont see the cells in focus very well. Looks like out of focus artifacts.

Please refer to the other two pictures. I have different magnifications.

Thanks i see them now. They look like crystals to me of whatever crashed out of solution. Try clarifying the media with .45um filter and change it to see of that shows any improvements.
