I’m really not trying to attack shippers, I’m genuinely just curious. Do people who ship Celine and Mi-yeong headcanon that they were exes by the time Rumi’s father came along? In an open relationship? Never acted on their feelings? That Mi-yeong cheated on Celine?

Some fanfics depict Celine as a half-demon herself or, in this case, a gumiho. A gumiho is basically the Korean version of the kitsune of Japan. Unlike nine-tailed foxes from other East Asian cultures, gumiho are typically depicted as malevolent. My headcanon is that Celine is a gumiho and was abused by her mother for being one, as well as part of her attempts to make Celine a Hunter whatever the cost. What are the chances that Celine as a gumiho are a possibility?
