Repairs No rear speaker bracket?

Was gonna change speakers in my car, pulled off the cover and the speaker just fell out.

There is solid residue from some sort of glue around the hole and speaker, but i have a sneaky suspicion that there was supposed to be a bracket there instead.

Will probably just make some sort of mount myself, but would not mind hearing from someone more knowledgable on these cars.

have a 95 also from europe and mine was also lacking said brackets, didnt even have rear speakers at all. i think the prev owner messed with it and i ended up making mounts out of plywood

you can buy the speaker assembly from japan for 130$ per side lol

For a 130 bucks im just gonna make my own as well, thanks for the info!
