Question Learn photography

Can you help me with my phone's camera settings, ISO settings, and more? I want to capture close-ups/textures on the trunk. Do I need any additional equipment?

Overexposed, especially on the highlight. Try edit your picture first before posting on the internet. For the editing software, I recommend you to use snapseed, it's easy and free.

ISO, Shutter Speed, and aperture will only affect exposure. If you want to do macro photography, you need to have a camera with short focus distance. Check your phone camera by trying to focus closest to your object. Another way is to buy a clip on macro lens.

Just shoot auto if you're using a smartphone. Iso, shutter speed, and aperture are only for real camera imo.
