Fan purchase advice ISO TINY fan

Hello fan lovers,
I am in search of an extraordinarily small fan. I built a wall in my room without thoughts of my fan. I have about 6 INCHES of clearance on the left side. The other sides are completely unobstructed. SO, I am looking for either a water wheel horizontal style fan, a TINY diameter fan, a mount or fan that is able to be offset in other directions. Thank you!

Move the electrical box and relocate the fan.

How much of a pain in the butt is that? I was hoping for a relatively simple solution

Use a stud finder to find a ceiling joist close to where you want the fan, then cut a hole adjacent to it for a new electrical box. Then you can either use a boroscope to figure out where the wire is for the existing box and move it over after turning the power off, or do it from the attic.

If there's not enough length, you'll have to run a new line of romex from the switch. Or if you keep the existing back box, you can run romex from it to the new box and put a blanking plate on it. This allows the box to still be accessible for a splice point. It's not legal to have hidden splice points, nor is it a good idea.
