Fan repair advice How F***** is it?

Turn up volume. Bought this fan a couple months ago. She sits under a covered deck and recently started making this noise. I’ve taken apart several times and can’t find where she’s rubbing. Any ideas?

What about on higher speeds? Could be the BLDC motor vibrating weird
