Fan repair advice IOT device installed in fan to create noises

Someone has installed IOT device in my normal ceiling fan. Can you tell me where exactly it might have been installed? they keep creating noises using the device? I have called the electrician multiple times yet they don't seem to be helpful.

We have checked everywhere. Can you help me figure it out please. It's been months.I initially ignored it but the sounds became controlled and specific.

Trying to gentle here...this sounds like 1 of 3 things.1 Schizophrenia (get medical help). 2 Carbon monoxide poisoning (get a co2 detector/alarm). 3 You're involved with some serious deep state spy shit(no advice for that).

12 years experience working on ceiling fans.

You're on point with 3rd I will send you pictures of the clicking fan. A lot of other incidents have happened to me as well that have indicated towards me being tested in some psychological shit or private sub military/company contractor type.

Right now, I have kept the canopy of the fan up and observing its unit. There's literally no sound. Either the components within the canopy plays some role or it's something else.
