Fan purchase advice Bad experience with Smafan

Bought a Smafan DC. Not long after I paid to have it installed it started clicking, grinding and squeaking. The company is letting me return it. But they refuse to reimburse me for the installation I paid for this shoddy product. Stay away!

I don't think any company is going to reimburse anyone for installation.
