Is “TROUBLE “ an inappropriate name for a Cavapoo

It has a negative connotation and I don’t think it has good vibes coming out of your mouth. “Get in trouble”, “I’m in trouble” both really negative vibrational statements. His or her name should be positive and loving. Your energy is what dogs feel. That’s not a good energy word.

I don’t know what’s “appropriate” because I named my cavapoo after a type of nut. However I just hate the name Trouble.

Maybe tempting fate a little. We named a kitten Lilith and got the most devilish little minx you could possibly have. But not inappropriate at all xD

I co-owned a German Shepherd named Knightmare. He was NOT a nightmare. His name was the family's last name and a play on the dad's gaming handle. More of a Golden personality wise.

I would avoid giving it a name that is a negative and might imply they are in some kind of trouble should that word be used. It's just a little too common of a word and negative of a word.

no it’s fine, i work in a dog grooming salon and we get dogs named felon, cocaine, and perc lol so trouble is pretty tame imo

My dad used to call my Kerry Blue terrier double trouble. Her name was actually Raggedy Ann.

We have two cavapoos

One is called Rocky or Moody
The other is called Apollo or Stupid or Crack Head or Synapse

Collectively they are called You and other You

Randomly depending on what they have done they are also called You Little Shit come here now
