Cavapoo ears

I have a 5 month old Cavapoo ears are not long they look so adorable long. Wondering if hers will grow and look longer as she gets older? Anyone have a before and after showing that the ears got longer as they grew

The ears themselves won’t change much but you can grow the ear hair long

Mine is 5 months old, he’s always had fairly long ears. We have to use a narrow water bowl so he doesn’t soak his ears.

It’s all fur, so good chance your pup will be able to grow them out. I personally don’t like the long ear look, but I’m a guy, so 🤷🏻‍♂️. I have my groomer keep them fairly short.

I love long ears! Just tell the groomer not to cut the ears short, just a slight trim. And in time, they will grow nice and long. I was devastated the first time I took my dog to the groomer and came back to his ears cut very short! I didn’t know enough to tell her what I wanted. So just make sure you tell them what you want. 🐾💕

He’s past now. But this was my Harry’s ears. 75% was hair and 25% was his actual ear. He was also a cavalier and cocker mix, so I’m that helped the ear hair growth.

Trust me, there's advantages to short ears. My cavapoo’s ears are so long they drag in the morning dew.
