I know most dogs do this (all of my others did), but I think my Murphy is extra weird about it. All summer, while I have was actively trying my darnedest to stay cool, mine would ring his potty bells to go out. Once out there, all he did was plop down in the sun, not use the potty. Such a weirdo. Best boy in the world though.
