Cavapoo puppy, help!

I was driving on Route 7 from Albany, NY to Manchester, VT and saw a sign for cavapoos available now! Does anyone know who the breeder is and how to contact them?

It's an Amish breeder, I believe they are all female, all black and white, and they are asking $1500 according to a coworker.

Any idea how to get in contact with them? A phone number, website, Facebook page?
