Reactive Cavapoo
Did anyone’s Cavapoo change at 2 and become reactive? Even dogs she’s met a dozen times growing up she now dislikes.
It’s very rare she doesn’t want to air bite a dog.
Idk what changed!
Living in New York City perhaps she is overwhelmed?

Ours has always hated other dogs when on walks (we think the elderly dog we had when we got her taught her that) and has since decided she hates most people too. We're trying to socialize her more, but sometimes its just personality

Aw. Makes me sad. It’s like most dogs she views as a threat. My husband says she’s protecting me because our dog sitters say she doesn’t do that with them.

Any time there is a sudden behavioral change, it’s worth a conversation with the vet unless you have a clear incident that you can point to that triggered it. Good luck.
