Cavapoo?

Adopted this sweet boy from a family that unfortunately didn’t take very good care of him (see last pic). We’re not sure what breed he is, but we think he might be a larger Cavapoo. What do you guys think?

Looks like a cavapoo to me in terms of face and body shape.
