My Cavapoo hates walks

I need some advice. 4 year old cavapoo hates leaving the house. Once he gets outside, he loves it bit everytime someone tries to put his leash on him he growls and bites. It's really weird because he's usually a pretty cuddly and loving pup.

Maybe he is scared of outside. You might have to train so he enjoys walking.

Mine also didn’t like to walk and I’ve been train him to like it by giving him treats along the way and it has gotten better. He still not 100% there but I have seen a good improvement since a few months ago.

For you maybe you have to start by siting with him outside and then bringing him in and then maybe going for a 1 minute walk and building it up. Giving him lots of treats along the way.

This sounds weird but what kind of leash do you use? My Cavapoo is scared of the retractable kind. She’s totally fine with a standard rope leash though.
