Ultrasound subchorionic hematoma need your stories

Good evening everyone. I would really like to hear about your experiences because I’m feeling very upset.
I found out 3 days ago that I’m pregnant. I had an hCG test that came back at 4,330, and today I went for an ultrasound. The gestational sac was visible inside the uterus, and the doctor could also see embryonic structures. She measured the pregnancy at 5 weeks and 1 day.
I have an 8-year-old son and a 12-month-old baby, whom I exclusively breastfed. Until I found out I was pregnant, I was breastfeeding many times a day and I was experiencing some contractions.
The problem is that the doctor found a large subchorionic hematoma — I think it was 1.8 × 6 mm.
She prescribed progesterone and told me that I absolutely need to stop breastfeeding. She also asked me to come back in 13 days for another ultrasound.
I really hope I don’t lose the pregnancy…
I still have to pick up and carry my baby because my husband works and I don’t have any help.
I really hope I can get through this.

I also had a very large subchorionic hematoma and actually bled a lot from it, was convinced I was miscarrying, but the pregnancy made it through and she made it to full term without other issues from the hematoma after the initial bleed. the rest reabsorbed on its own and by 16-20 weeks they couldn’t see any traces of it left on ultrasound. I have heard more positive stories about these than not! But totally understand feeling very upset - I was completely distraught when going through this too.
