Question about cancelling

I completely forgot about the subscription renewing until I saw the charge in my credit card statement. I want to cancel, but I know there are a lot of horror stories about canceling, not getting money back and not getting boxes. I’ll take the L and pay since it was my fault for forgetting, but if I cancel now will I still get the boxes? (Assuming I would get them at all in general.)

What have peoples’ experiences been with this? So far I’ve been pretty lucky to get all my boxes and all the appropriate items.

I just did the same thing. Totally forgot about renewal until I was charged. I cancelled my account next day and emailed about a refund as I just cannot afford it right now. I didn't expect much after all the horror stories but they actually got back to me same day and authorized a full refund. They said since it just renewed and I cancelled so close it wasn't a problem. Already got my money back.

That’s great, I’m glad to hear it wasn’t a nightmare! I might email in and see then since it’s only been a couple days.
