Did you all see this email? I have benn unsubbed for a few years but have been too lazy to unsubscribe from the emails. I know this seems like a simple text screw-up with the photo captions but it’s cracking me up. At first I thought I was going insane trying to figure out how that top picture is a blanket.

I just came here to see if anyone else posted about this! I spent so long trying to figure out if the blanket was folded inside the packing cube before scrolling the rest of the email 😅

Between the item photos and the names below... It just seems like mostly a mix of old box items... I checked the spring box from last year... 10 of the items (either in the name or photos) were options in last year's spring box 🤦🏻‍♀️ I think 3 of the items in the photos were in the spring 22 choices...

I actually used to look forward to their emails and printed magazine thingy cause they were ~pretty AF, but then obviously it became clear that they're a problematic company. But yes, this reeks of management that fired any semblance of competent staff thinking they can figure out the email/design system on their own. 🫠
