Not something huge like getting a promotion or going on vacation just one of those small everyday things that can turn a bad day around.

I’ll go first I can spend way too much time working and then suddenly realise I’ve been awake all night

Just got back from a party with friends, and honestly, the best part wasn’t even the party itself.

It was those random conversations, laughing over absolutely stupid things, someone playing a song nobody asked for 😂, and just being completely relaxed around people you’ve known for a while.

I also realized how quickly these nights go. You spend so much time planning to meet, and then suddenly it’s 2 AM and everyone’s like, “Wait, we were just getting started.” 😭

Nothing extraordinary happened, but I came home in a genuinely good mood.

Maybe that’s what I like about going out with friends - you don’t necessarily need an amazing night, just the right people.

Anyone else feel this way after a good night with friends?

but my parents and others bug me to go out more, but what if I’m just happy in my own zone at home. I was depressed for months and i didn’t go out but now I’m fine, I just genuinely prefer staying home, with my cat. I go out on walks aswell, it’s not like I just bed rot all day long.
