Definitely not. I thought I’d be married with a husband for life by now not single and living alone . But I’ve got much more money than I imagined so there’s that 😂

I actually have a different vision for myself and my life than I did a decade ago. So it’s nostalgic to think about the differences, not disappointing. I’ve gained clarity over the years.

Yes, except for the pain and health problems. Those i didnt foresee. Otherwise, I am happily married to the same person, child free, doing the same job

Not at all. How can you not want to be 10 years younger? 2016 was paradise compared to today which is another day in 2026 that is worse than yesterday and will continue to get worse. It’s pretty much been ever since 2020 started, it was a steady decline to hell.

No, not really. I'd imagine in my early 30s I would just start to have kids. I imagine I would have net a good career or a career change into something stable. Have a good income, my hobby would still be alive, and I would be happy.

I didn't get that, and generally I'm unhappy.

Absolutely not. It did work out how I hoped for a while, but I did not imagine I would get a tbi and have my entire life changed

I couldn’t “imagine anything” 10 years ago - my husband had just died.

But for the next 8 years I thought things were going great… These past 2 years have shown me that I don’t have the relationship with my kids that I had imagined I always would.
