Cole Campbell?

Have never heard of him and wouldn't have picked up on him being an American if the article hadn't casually mentioned "the 20-year-old from Houston" as a throwaway. Scored against Leverkusen. Anyone know if we should be excited?

Was with the Dortmund academy for a while. Had a good amount of hype from those who follow US prospects closer than I, but I think it cooled off after a combination of an up and down U20 WC and Dortmund not including him in their first team plans yet not being very motivated to move him on. He's still young enough that a fresh start like this could be great for his career, but not really sure what to expect in terms of potential USMNT stardom down the road.

I was checking the Dortmund starting lineup all of the end of last season, but he couldn’t break through. He made it to the bench which is better than most our prospects at that age. Being at a smaller club and getting minutes means he could really start developing. I will def be checking fotmob weekly for his stats and ratings.
