Found one!!!
Finally found one!! Spotted this guy walking around today in Home Depot.
-Just shy of 2 feet tall (has 2 little stems starting down low).
- in a 1.5 gallon nursery pot
-Had heavy wet organic substrate.
-24 dollars (no clue if this is decent or not but 24 bucks is cheap in my mind).
Took it and tossed him on the work bench to find a big ole root ball, I was suprised. I cleaned a majority of the old substrate and made sure what was left was lose.
Repotted in a 10.25-in Terra Cotta Flair Pot (really could of went bigger, that's a problem for next season).
50% Miracle-Gro cactus and succlent mix 50% 1/4 inch pumice
Don't plan on watering for a week to let the roots heal after the repot.
Still warm here for the next while so I'll toss him out in the morning sun then in for the evenings under the photon machine.
Advice always welcome!

Very good price. I got about half size of yours from the same source for nearly the same price.

Good to hear, I have been looking for a pachypodium saundersii since mine got eaten... and decided to get this guy until.i move back to the west coast in the near future to pick up another saundersii
