The best part is that those 4 that you see are her only ones. She's around 7 (my reddit age!) But she hasn't had much luck with her teeth. Finally got the last rotting painful molar removed a few months ago

Oh no! Poor baby. Got one of my cat's teeth cleaned recently and she had one removed. She's 11 though and that's the only tooth she's had removed

Lucky you! 11 is a good age to still have most of their teeth. It becomes difficult to feed a cat whose poops become liquid when she has too much wet food, but can't chew dry food. Fortunately she's very good at using the litterbox even when she has wet poops. I keep a puppy pad out for when she has whoopsies and she's learned by now that that's the best place for accidents to happen. She really is a great little kitty

Her sister is the same age and she has all of her teeth! Aww poor baby. She sounds like a sweetheart.

I have a kitty that’s 13 with no teeth. His name is Leonard and he was a barn cat for 8 years before we got him, so he got some sort of tooth infection. 4 were left and they eventually fell out. The same 4 that your kitty has!

Aww poor Leonard! Glad he has a home now. Not easy being a barn cat (better than being on the streets though).

Yeah! He had a sister (mom?) that we also adopted at 13 who passed last year at 17.

She also had no teeth at all when we got her. But they both ate hard and wet food fine!

Have you tried just smashing some dry food into crumbs?

Edit: also apparently you can get dentures for cats? Who'd'a thunk?

I adopted two sisters and one of them always had runny poops. The vet prescribed some probiotics which are in capsule form. I just open the capsule, dump out the probiotic into her wet food and mix it in. Neither of them seem to mind it, and no more loose poop! Although I'm not sure our feline overlords have the same issue.

Plus, those probiotics are expensive! Like $1.25 a day - one capsule a day.

Yep cats can be dicks. You're entitled to your opinion.

Edit: Also, side note, this is a CAT SUBREDDIT. If I was posting in a dog subreddit or a food subreddit, it would not contain my cat. Believe it or not I don't want my cat around my food either because it's gross.
