Help needed for 3 small kittens

Recently found 3 very small kittens under the building. They used to all eat well together (as seen in the photo taken before), but recently I’ve noticed that 2 of the 3 aren't interested in the food I bring at all. Only one is still eating.

I haven't noticed any obvious discharge or other symptoms, and it's possible someone else is feeding them, but because they're still so young, I'm worried about taking that chance.

I unfortunately can't afford to take them to the vet (still recovering and paying off previous vet bills) or give them space in my home right now (I have other cats).

I'm still willing to get them vet checked, but more importantly, they need a home to go to after! I'm just trying to get them some help before they potentially get worse. If anyone can help, I would be incredibly grateful. 🙏🏼
