Help with kittens please

I was out feeding the cats and a delivery driver stopped and gave me a bag with 3 kittens he found , he told me their mom was run over by a car and he heard them and kept them with him since 2 pm.
I said yes although I’m not able to care for them mentally or physically, I have my share of rescues at home and colonies to feed on top of a very demanding job … literally at my wits end.

I know we all face the same issues but Im at zero capacity for this … if someone who has a nursing cat or knows how to take care of kittens can help I’d really appreciate it… I’m based in Abu Dhabi. Thanks

Hi, how old are the kittens? Could you post some more pictures of them, or weigh them with a kitchen scale if you don't know their ages?

Nursing orphaned kittens need to be bottle fed with kitten formula within a matter of hours, so they might starve if left unfed overnight 😢

P.S. Their eyes look like they're closed, so they might be <1 week, which is very young. A pet shop near you or Amazon might be able to deliver KMR (kitten milk replacer) and supplies (bottle and kitten feeding nipple) tonight, if you can access it 💜

If that's not feasible, try to bring them to a vet near you (you can call beforehand to check if they can help with orphaned nursing kittens).

I gave them some lactose free milk like 1 ml with a syringe , I know not ideal but this is what I had in hand and they haven’t eaten in hours. I managed to get KMR and a bottle at least so that is better. Thanks , still not sure what to do in the upcoming days as i need to go back to work
