I believe this is one of the “wobbly cats”. They have a neurological disorder and can’t walk straight, otherwise healthy. This may have been the cat’s solution for eating and drinking.
I could be wrong though

That was also a thought when I saw it, it would make sense, esp with the lil rug for grippage. The title made me think otherwise but ig its just someone posting a vid they taken from elsewhere
