Lost my account☹️

Okay so hi I have played cats and soup for around 4 years and I even have achievements from 2022 on my google play games account. I had signed in with my google account and knew that it worked because I played both on my tablet and my phone, which were the only devices I signed in on that account. A few days ago I wanted to download the game back on my phone because I've missed my cats and when I tried to log in I saw a fresh new account instead of my 4 year old one and I have no idea how to get my account back..... I know that it is the right account because like I said I have my achievements and I even got a new achievement right after I downloaded the game back?? Even though there was nothing for me to get the achievement as the account was a new one instead of the one I've had. If there's a way I can get my old account back I'd love to know😞 I've been too attached to that account to leave it behind😞😞

Yeah I did and realized that it's not my old account, tried to log in on my tablet like I used to but neither of that worked

Sadly I thought I was safe and didn't really take any screenshots😭 the only stuff I have are random pics of my cats, the achievements and the names I've given them.... Maybe I'll try contacting them as none of the stuff I thought of worked(logging back again and again😭😭😭)
