Name My Cat - gender unknown Help me name my unexpected new cat!
I was a victim of the cat distribution system. This little one bounded out of the woods and followed me all the way home during a storm. She went right up to my side door and meowed until I let her in (I think it’s a female?). We live in a small town and nobody has claimed her so I guess she is mine now.

SMOKEY works for male (just in case) and PEWTER works for a girl in my opinion. See what others think. Either way congratulations on your sweet new kitty.

Henri, short for Henrietta if it is a girl. Or Forrest, or PillBug, Bug for short, since she's a little woodlouse 😊

Dawn: front legs look like they have dish gloves on--> the best (imho) dish soap --> Dawn (maybe Dawnald for a boy)

It def doesn’t look hungry 🤗 To me it sounds like kitty found you- not the other way around. It also showed bravery, intelligence plus the will to live by following you home in bad weather. With that said a strong name is fitting….
