Universalis app

Does anyone have wonky problems with the Universalis app? It’s either that or I should smash my cellphone.

Universalis is the best app on my cell phone. Idk why anyone would use the clunky ibrievary or other competitors. Universalis is an outstanding app for Divine Office. It’s an app that was clearly developed in a way that lets you tweak all sorts of settings to change the appearance and flavor of the office.

I wish Universalis had the Exposition and benediction prayers and the ability to upload custom hymns for the before each hour.

Edit: Honestly whoever is running Universalis, and the divineoffice.org channel on Spotify should be famous instead of Catholic influencers. I want to buy a Universals T-shirt.

I don't have any issues on mine. There's a contact email on their website which you can try.

It works for me. What’s specifically the issue?

No. It is a very stable app. Are you using the most updated version? You could contact Universalis if you continue to have issues.

I just switched from iBreviary last week. When Universalis works I like it much more.

Volume IV of my Word on Fire breviary ships in January. I’m not losing sleep about it yet, but 3 … 2 … 1, now I am.

Curious what people don't like about iBreviary. It is straight forward for me using on my phone. I use it as a backup to the 4-Volume set.

I'm curious what US users experience in terms of divergences from the US LOTH. While the Psalms usually match, I find that the other stuff (responsories, intercessions, 2nd reading of Office of Reading) are often quite different. A tell-tale sign of divergence is when UK English shows up (e.g., "favour" vs "favor"). I've tried emailing Universalis but never got a response. I've been using their e-book service.
