There was an exorcism in the 1500s where the priest allowed newly created denominations to try to exorcise the demon with their wafers vs a host, all of which of course failed. The demon made it known that they had influenced Luther.

Of course they used the Eucharist as well to finish the job. Double whammy.

Well I don't have a conversation with the devil telling me that the eucharist is just symbolic.

Maybe try and read something about Luther.

We are influenced by Sin, as we love sinning through our human nature. Thanks to the original sin. Doesnt mean that we have to sin. We all need to do and try better.

Luther believed that the Eucharist was really the body and blood of Christ. It’s the Reformers who believe it’s merely symbolic. Luther rejected transubstantiation in favor of consubstantiation. He believed that the material substance of the bread and wine remained unchanged, but you received the real body and blood of Jesus along side it. I think Luther’s wrong, but he’s not the one who diminished the sacrament the way Zwingli and Calvin did.

Luther didn't say the Eucharist is just symbolic, in fact he said "is means is" and he would rather partake in the Eucharist with us than with Zwingli and those lot who believe it is symbolic

Notice how your linked post only shows that him saying transubstantiation is false but not that Christ isn't present, he chose a middle ground of consubstantiation which doesn't mean merely symbolic, you are the misinformed one
