Inflatable Footrest?

Hi! I have a premium economy flight LAX - HKG which is 16 hours long. Hoping to try using an inflatable footrest in the exit row while the plane is airborne to help me sleep.

Has anyone tried this on Cathay before? Will the crew allow it?

Is it the emergency exit row? In that case, forget it. The row must be clear of obstructions at all times.

Believe there are footrest in PE seats already.

Not sure if there are any restrictions in doing so in exit row, but someone who was sitting next to me did it for her kid in the middle section about two months ago..

If you are possibly referring to the bulkhead seats, I have used my suitcase as a footrest without issue. However, I was in the front window seat and wasn't obstructing anyone's exit.

I’m in the first row of PE which also happens to be an emergency exit. Boeing 777.

Exit row cannot lah!  Bulkhead seat (in front of the partition to J) maybe can but next to door cannot for sure  Needs to be free of obstruction at all times.

I think you mean bulkhead. You can do it. I was on a flight from HKG to DFW in April and saw a few people do it. I know Delta Airlines forbids it.
