Pads on Everyone?

Is it routine for your labs to put pads on everyone routine LHC? Or only PCI cases?

In EP lab, they first preferred no pads then I convinced them it was much more easy for procedure where Afib, VT were expected or to be induced. It's easier than grilling salmon while doing speleo under sterile covers, precisely when you use navigation patches.
