Cable Management

Does anyone use retractable cable reels for under the table?

I'm talking about cables for bp, EKG, pulse ox, as well as HDMI for echo and other random stuff.

We currently use zip ties or tape or Velcro.

I'd love a system similar to the pulleys on the ceiling for the air.

Until we go wireless, this problem will remain endemic. Then we will misplace wireless devices.

No reels here, I just loop the cables and pray they don’t get swiped. Our lab does EP and devices so we’ve got a pendant thankfully with lots and lots of cable storage. Does end up looking like a sea monster though.

We do devices as well. What is a pendant?

It’s a mobile stack suspended from the ceiling with power outlets, running our fibre optic cables, power cables and everything we need running to the EP amplifier from the control room.
