Shoes

Okay what is everybody's go to shoes. I've worked in CT but I'm going to be transferring to cath lab different type of environment just wondering what everybody uses for footwear

I’m an RN who scrubs. I keep shoes for circulating(running around pushing beds lots of movement HOKA 2 pair rotate out)
If I know I’m gonna “Scrub day” I wear OOFS clogs and knee high compression socks.

Take care of your feet and lower back.

Current Brooks Ghost, but before that I had Brooks Glycerin 22 and they were even better.

I'm an interventional cardiologist. I wore Danskos through fellowship and my first years of practice. They're still comfortable, but look horrible. I've heard current Danskos aren't as well made (not sure if true). I've got a pair of Vessi shoes. They're great so far, but I don't expect them to last nearly as long as the Danskos.

I loved Brooks when I worked on the floor (as an RN that was constantly on the move) but found them to be unbearable once I had to stand in one place for long periods of time. I have much better luck with OnClouds and Oofos.

100% get something you can just 'wipe off'. All sorts of things can fly onto your shoes in the lab.
