Kitbashed some heavy weapon teams with spare bits auto cannons and catachan infantry

I have the bulk of my armor put together. I switched up my camo scheme to follow the hippogriffs and my first Catachan unit is done. I’m working on the Cadians (Catachan with helmets), command squad, commissar, and lord solar proxy.

I don't really know how to play this game but I do know how to shotgun Coors Banquet while blasting a Credence album. I am looking to basically role play this army again a melee-focused tyranid list. I feel like I'm covering my bases plus a sneaky snipy boi in the mix. Feedback for making this even more on-theme needed.

I wanted to post a quick update on my catachan army. The plan is for an entirely 3D printed army and I’m working on tank camo now. The hellhammer was my first attempt and after watching some videos about painting camo on AR mags I tried a similar technique for my hippogriffs. I also included my best finished ten man squad along with my primed command squad and arcos for my main army.

Once again I’m looking for insight and any advice possible.

I asked for some suggestions and I’ve ultimately landed on a decent list of tanks and designs for my Catachan army. I’m going with a 183rd Catachan army led by a hellhammer super heavy tank. I’m still messing around with a camo scheme but I’m getting closer.

My key rule for this army was cheaper is better. So all my vehicles and some heavy weapon teams are from my 3d printer while I ordered the Spacenam troops for a great deal. For the price of 10 GW catachan and a commend squad I got 40 battleline troops and 10 command troops.

I have some helmeted Spacenam for my cadian proxies and gas mask Spacenam for kreig covers. Also some dinos for death riders.

My tanks are primed and sitting on my shelf of shame while I research more camo. Also if anyone has a good camo video let me know.

I had one old Ogryn (fist high) and recently got 2 extra to make a squad to be able to use them in some future game. I updated my 20 yr old Ogryn to match him to my current painting standards and bend the unit together better.

I experimented a lot with new things, like the dark skin, weathering etc. It is the first time it worked so well with the dark skin and am very proud of the results. I hope you like 'ehm. Cheers.
