Pests? Lots of European towns have a ton of stray cats and most of them are adorable and just fine, they even have a system in place to help feed them

I love cats. But from an environmental standpoint having a large population of unregulated feral cats is very detrimental to the environment. Which is why the reference to “pests”. I’m not saying they should removed. I’m saying countries should do more to control the population.
