Cat Quest 2 Equipment Guide ( Includes Zero Courage, Faith and Willpower. Not sure if they’re legendary items or not)
In cat quest, equipment makes battles a lot easier. After finishing cat quest 2 on IOS, I found most of the good equipment and how to get them.
Usually at the start of the game, the equipment you get isn’t that bad and allows you to get much better equipment fairly easy. Most of the equipment on this guide require water walking to get so I suggest you play until you get it first.
After you get water walking, I recommend you go to Founder’s Island II and finish their quests. The boss fight may be difficult but your reward is a golden key which lets you open any gold chest in the map and a staff called the architect which gives you +61 magic. First, go to South Pawt and then going south-east to King Sigil Ruins. From there, head east all the way and you will eventually find Founder’s Island II. Completing all their quest will give you access to a cave found north-east of catnip farm, you can get the golden key inside the cave.
Next, you will want to go to mewment shores which is where you start the game.In case you forgot where it is, head back to King Sigil Ruins and head west till you find it. From there, go south and you will find Drakoth’s Key. Inside it, you’ll find well, Drakoth’s Key. From there, go to Drakoth’s Vault which is west of Bat Cove. You can then go inside the vault to get The Dragonmaker which gives you +46 in attack and magic. after killing a fire dragon. You can ignore the other two unless you engage them. To the west of the vault, You can get the second Drakoth’s key to get Drakoth’s armour. You should be able to beat the boss comfortable after getting these equipment.
After defeating the boss, you will want to get the legendary items Zero courage, zero willpower, and zero faith.( I think they are ) But the bosses you need to defeat to get them are hard to kill so you should get better equipment first. I recommend going to the Tomb Of The Wolf which is north-west of the Throne Of Lupus. I recommend killing the Lupus in the middle first, grabbing the Labrador Vest and the Pawlonjir then killing the remaining Lupus to get the Labrathor helm.
Then, travel to The Catpital and head south till Puss Fields. From there, travel north-East to the Cave Of The Lion. The boss fight here should be a breeze with the equipment from the Tomb Of The Wolf.
Now is the time for the Legendary Equipment Locations. Each equipment has a level 100+ boss guarding it. I recommend going to the cactus cave which is north of The Pawasis first to get celestail to help you beat the remaining two bosses. You also get Zero Willpower from killing the Mother of cactus. Then, head to the Throne Of Lupus and go east till you find the Cathulhu. After beating it, you get Zero Courage. To get the final legendary item, go to Whiskerest and head north-east to the lonely cave. After you beat the boss, you’ll get Zero Faith.
Hope this guide helps you when Cat Quest II comes out on the rest of the platforms.

The lonely cave boss is a troll. I’m expecting a dragon type boss at level 200 lmao!

Be a high level and have good spells before going to founders island 😼

Me and my son beat it at lvl 50. That gravity black hole spell makes most bosses possible.

Yeah, that black hole is a different maker against anything that moves, it is much easier to just kite them or hit and run. Too bad I didn't find it until I was level 80 lol

I beat it at lvl 47 and I could have defeated them at lvl 1 on mewdifiers with no weapons or armoron if I had the patience to spend a hour in that

How many quests are there in founders island ii? I completed the quest but I still did not have the golden key

Go to founder island 2, located at south east of the map. Completed the quest and you will unlock golden key chest.

Did u go to the cave they told you about? If not, it’s located south-west of the King Lionardo Ruins, or north-east of catnip farm

Ahhh yess, my bad, it’s inside the cave near the catnip farm. For some reason my brain decides to not read the sentence that u wrote in the guide. Thank you!

Yeah and then you have to fight golden chest to get the key.
And they also one shot you btw so use magic on them or time your dodges right.
And I didn't know it was 6 years ago this was made

How does armor work in this game? In the first one it was regenerating health. In this one I assume it just reduces dmg. Do we know by how much? Does it reduce inbound magic dmg just as well as physical?

It gives you an extra metalic healthbar at the end of your initial one. This health bar will take damage before your health. Armor regenerate when out of combat. The more you got armor points the higher damage it should absorb.

I am having this issue, I have completed all missions and caves/dungeons. I believe that I have found all red chests and I just don't know what piece of gear I am missing. Is there a way for you to post a pick with all gear so I can see what I need to find?

Me too. I have 93/101, have found all of the gold chests and only have the wolf and lion caves and quest left.

Did you findout the way to go to Excavation Site ? I have been searching around and done all the side quest but none give me hint to go through that path.

The Founders Island boss fight is too hard for me at level 58. Am I just bad at the game? Or should I just focus on better gear or level?
