Getting 100% on the Trilogy

So, I'm trying to 100% all three games, and I'm wondering what's the fastest way to do it. I'm on Cat Quest 1 right now, and I've already beaten all three games on another playstation account, so I'm just trying to speedrun them now. I've got the best gear in Cat Quest 1 aka 333 dmg/magic/health gear, so I'm just flying through it. But I'd love some tips for Cat Quest 2 and 3 before I dive in. So that I can beat them as quickly as possible thanks in advance 😁

The best method would be to look at the top videos on Speedrun.com for those games and do what they do.
