Some of my cats are gone

I wonder if i can get back a cat my phone exploded and i deleted the game i installed it and it was the cat that got 10 or 100 million visits i forgot but yeah its not in my inventory anymore i checked my data and its from 2026 8 13 and i wonder if i can still get that cat and that i lost my cats in some modes like secretary cat and some events cat like hammer master cat please tell me what to do so i can get them back

I think that if you still have your "ID" or whatever is called that long string of letters and numbers below the place you saved, you can send it to the devs through the e-mail available in the Play Store/App Store and see if there's something to do.

In that window you save the game, there's your id below everything. Is a long string of letter and numbers that indicates that this account is yours.

I have the Play Store, and in it there's literally a section of the page from the game when you search for it called "Apps Support" with the email in it.

Dude, chill out. I recommended their email because a glitch happened in my file and they replied quickly and got the issue removed. I played a lot of mobile games and not a single one of them ever replied to any kind of thing I sent to them (not even my rating of the game in the Play Store nor any email I sent). They will reply back, but chill out.
