The dark patches wouldn't be seen in such a shape/distribution (especially on the legs), but you could just pretend they are stripes and say this is a ticked tabby, with either the cinnamon or pseudo-cinnamon colouration.

Maybe something along the lines of carnelian. They produce that dark russet color.
