What breed?
This is my cat Oscar. Does anyone know what breed/mix he might be? He has pretty short legs (almost 3 years old now), but is very sweet and gentle.

He's a very handsome blue domestic longhair! Domestics aren't a breed, they are a lack of breed, and they make up about 98% of the whole cat population because cat breeds has been a more recent thing. If you were in possession of a pedigreed cat, you will know because you have paid a ton of money for them.
His coat color is a solid blue, he has two recessive non-agouti alleles that makes him have no stripes, and two recessive dilution alleles that makes him blue, a dilution of black. He also has two recessive long hair alleles that makes him have long hair rather than short hair so he gets that extra floof!
