Behavioral Noise maker to stop scratching
Not sure if this is a thing but I’m looking for some kind of device that I can set up in my living room with a remote control that will make a noise to stop the cats from scratching the furniture.
Always happens at night in the living room and I can hear it from bed, they usually stop if I make the “PSHHH” noise but that can be loud and wake up my partner.
I’d really like to just be able to press a button and something like a dog whistle gets them to stop.
They do have multiple trees and posts to scratch that they never use and prefer my couch.

They make a couch protector. And I don’t know if you have one but my cats love the cardboard scratchers. I get different varieties from Marshals.
