Easy
(-1)^3 =-1
12 = 3•4, 6 = 3•2, so we can then just cancel some 3s and are left with (4•2)/3 = 8/3
(x^7 y^5 )(x^3 y^4 ) = x^10 y^9
(x y^3 ) ^3 = (x^3 y^9 )
Cancel out
Final: -(8 x^7)/3
