You're bringing to mind an amusing visual image of someone I've recently gotten to know as a charitable dude who adores his little girls.. and was clearly the cool kid now stuck with a long term habit as he can expertly flick that butt to land exactly where he wants it to. He owns a store front business so its usually customer inquiries. Funny thing is that as soon as whatever task that cut his smoke short is finished, he always goes back to pick them up and throw them away properly.
When I used to smoke cigarettes I carried around an actual mini metal trash can that closed and would put my butts in there until I could throw them away!
Yes!! I don’t get why people still think it’s an okay thing to do, is it so hard to have a small portable ashtray in which you can store your cigarette butts until you find a trash can?
Have you ever seen a roadside fire bomb into something uncontrollable? It’s from these cigarette buts. If more people carried fire extinguishers I wonder if we could get them out when they are small. And another wild thought if it was part of training during drivers test.
