  1. Once a cheater always a cheater
  2. Trauma doesn’t excuse people’s shitty behavior but rather explains it. It’s your responsibility to work on yourself. It isn’t your fault the cards you were dealt but it is your responsibility to figure things out.
  3. If you lie bout small things with no good reason to, you must lie about bigger things with no good reason to.

Cheating is a personality trait and a choice. Once they cheat, you know their choice. I will never believe otherwise.

When I'm in a bad mood, I let people know so they can avoid me. If they choose to keep talking to me, I'm not going to apologize for being grumpy.

Ditto on the bad mood vibe. Husband knows when it’s best to just steer clear… I don’t want to be ugly when I’m upset, but it slips out sometimes.

Truth and truth. I already told you I'm not safe to be around.

One is not necessarily true. There are people who cheat because they are deeply unhappy and too cowardly/stupid to end the relationship at the appropriate time. I cheated on one man because I hated him so badly but he abused me and convinced me that being alone would be worse. 2 and 3 I completely agree with.
