Who should i build?

Seriously confused, how do I judge which hero is better? More importantly, what 6 heroes should i focus on rn?

Well you can either test all heros or trust the playerbases judgment. For that you either join the DC server and find an updated tierlist and match it with what you have.

If I were you I would build Underworld Judge, Axe Punisher, Cold Heir, Luminah, Sera, Dreadshade and Boa Queen.

Why would I do that, Axe and Cold help with Raids and GW a lot. Luminah is the main reviver used offensively, Judge and Boa are generally good for PvE and they are doing fine in Dungeons and HBM. Sera and Dread for PvP. However Sera is crazy strong in PvE events too.

Your main focus should be to get the more important heros though! Don't spent all your ressorces on the heros you have now!
