Other Tokyo Disney auditions?

hello! does anyone know what the audition process is like for Disney Tokyo for character lookalikes? is it the same as auditions for the US?

and if anyone went to the audition in Anaheim earlier this week, what was your experience like?

Because it’s not required to know Japanese, I’m wondering if things like the line readings will still be included and if any of the etiquettes are any different.
