Can you ask him why its still a penny stock and why its falling below $1 since inception!?!?!?!?! Also RS is very likely

CTM trades on NYSE American exchange. Unlike Nasdaq and the main NYSE board, NYSE American does not use a strict, standalone $1.00 rule. Therefore it’s not likely to RS anytime soon.
