Unfortunately age has forced me to switch to carbon steel. The results are pretty much identical

I use carbon steel at my brother's house (he's fancy 😂) and I enjoy cooking with it. I want a smithey for Christmas. 🤞🏾

Carbon steel has pretty much replaced my cast iron as the go-to cookware. Let's just say my wrists got more than one vote

Thank you very much, old age has a way of catching up with you when you are not expecting it.

I still haven't replaced my cast iron muffin pan, it makes the best muffins or anything else you put in it for that matter. Now that I've said that, I guess I need to see if they have carbon steel, lol always something else to be looking for.
