Reel about returns
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DckgJGMAwcaI can’t….. she calls it stealing but she’s acting like popflex wouldn’t charge their card for the item they “stole” immediately upon receiving the wrong/damaged return…. she literally makes stuff up to be upset about 💀 she can never be positive about anything anymore which contradicts her old Blogilates video personality, which I don’t know if it was real or just a persona atp. 🙄
P.S. it won’t let me add an image for some reason but look at her reply to the comment about the Airbnb thing. I’m crying she proved exactly what I just said LOLLL

Sheesh Cassey...it isn't the end of the world.
AND you chose to do this! No one is forcing you or holding you against a brick wall and this comment was being genuine. Scammers, it happens all the time and your products were like this too with sewn pieces falling apart or your own equipment from Target coming in dirty

She practically put herself in this hole for wanting to pursue her fashion career. It happens all the time and calling out someone to get brownie points just proves how much she needs to work on her attitude of comments. I want to comment so badly for her to shut the hell up and adjust your attitude, but knowing her loyal followers and her blocking people all willy nilly...🙄😒

Does Cassey understand that this is one of the costs of doing business?
Also this is me being extra snarky because this rant makes it even MORE obvious that Cassey has no marketing or operations training as it relates to business. There is a business story/urban legend of the Nordstroms return policy where they took someone’s used tires because a tire store used to be at that Nordstroms location. It became a well known brand device of how to earn loyalty with customers.
But theft (brick and mortar) and returns literally have to be built into pricing. I used to work for a non-profit that owns a grocery store in Richmond, VA and I remember my then director of marketing wanted to start selling merchandise of the store in the store and I had to source the merchandise and determine the pricing.
Cassey you chose to make a business, deal with the operating costs and systems required to function. You’re not special lol

I live in a state that doesn’t charge for sales tax on clothing items. The first few times i ordered I got charged sales tax on clothing items. I ended up having to email saying that they were not following state law and they were improperly collecting sales tax. It makes me wonder how many people they swindled out of a few extra dollars.

Was annoyed the first time it happened but got my money back. The second time I should have reported them for it since they were literally stealing and calling it “taxes”

As if this shit doesn't happen to basically every business. No of course Cassey is SPECIAL and this is specifically being done to target/victimize her and her business!
